NSIA Events

NSIA puts on two annual fundraising banquets, two fishing derbies and a golf tournament each year.

All proceeds from these events fund our work to preserve, restore and enhance sport fisheries and the businesses that depend on them in the northwest. The fundraising success of these events relies upon the great work of our committees, board members, sponsors, donors, and attendees. We are thankful to all who support our events!

All proceeds from these events go to benefit NSIA, and allows us to open new fisheries, growing existing fisheries and representing the voice of the Sportfishing industry in government. Your support enables NSIA to effectively support the Sportfishing industry and the salmon populations upon which it depends.

Fundraising in the era of COVID-19

It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we canceled all 2020 fundraising events due to COVID-19. Our primary concern is the safety of our community. We are comforted knowing our NSIA MEMBERS AND FRIENDS ARE not being put in harm’s way with any events we host.

We will continue to work to bring back our fundraising events in 2021; however, this depends on state and federal restrictions.

Online Auctions

Thank you for supporting NSIA in 2020 as we rapidly turned our in-person events into online auctions raising over $50,000 this year. 

We hope it is safe to resume in-person fishing derbies and banquets in 2021.
