Take a trip, enjoy a balloon flight or get a piece of unique artwork during the 15th Annual Northwest Sportfishing Industry Association’s Banquet and Auction.
The banquet is a great way to get some deals on exclusive guided trips, equipment, artwork and services, and support a non-profit organization that continues to fight for the interests of the anglers and businesses that rely on sport fishing. This year we have had some great accomplishments and continue to work with elected leaders and policy makers to support initiatives to increase runs of salmon and steelhead, as well as increase the number of sturgeon.
This year live auction items range from a fishing trip to Mexico to some amazing pieces of artwork. Some of the highlights include:
Mexico fishing trip for two: East Cape, Baja 5 days/4 nights/3 days of fishing for two. Hotel Palmas de Cortez is the gem of Bajas East Cape, spanning the beachfront of the town of Los Barriles. Gourmet dinner party with friends: Get away from it all with some good friends, food and wine. This is a wonderful meal prepared by Phil Pirone of Pro-Cure and at Liz Hamilton’s picturesque home outside Oregon City for 10 people! Award-winning Northwest wine is provided by Helvetia Vineyards. This list is just a smattering of the 21 live auction items, and doesn’t even tap into the many silent auction items we have stacked up in the office.
