NSIA has joined close to 60 Northwest conservation organizations in signing on to two letters, one to Senator Maria Cantwell and the other jointly addressed to Governor Jay Inslee and Senator Patty Murray. These letters express gratitude for and urge more action on the efforts these legislators are making to find workable solutions to the deeply complex problem of restoring the dwindling salmon and steelhead populations in the Columbia River system.
